Dry Out
Avoidance of excessive moisture is probably one of the most important measures to control mold growth. Use dehumidifiers and keep water leaks and dampness to a minimum. If your roof springs a leak, you should not only repair the roof but also replace the wet materials as soon as possible. A major flood will mean that you have to replace all carpet and dry the damp area as soon as possible. In a house that have been terribly flooded, the mold contamination may reach a point where the levels are so high that a person with allergies can't live in the dwelling.

Break the mold
Mold might be in the refrigerator on the cheese. Mold might be in the foyer on the arrangement of dried flower. Mold might be in the bathroom in the cracks between the tiles. Wherever it is found, mold launches tiny reproductive spores that dances on the air right into your nostrils. And those spores can cause an allergic reaction in many people. The best way to control it is to figure out ways to put mold on hold.

Burns and cuts
Healing makes extra demand on the body's nutrient reserves. After a burn, for instance, fluids, minerals and essential fatty acids can be lost from the body and must be replaced. Collagen, the tough protein found in the dermis, is particularly important for quick, effective healing of wounds and burns. To accelerate the process, eat plenty of food high in vitamins C, E and A and zinc. Potassium and calcium also help with healing.
Bananas, grapes and mixed vegetable soups and stews are good sources of potassium, while calcium can be obtained from milk, dairy products and tofu.

Sunburnt?
The painful redness of sunburn can be soothed with a milk bath. This cools the skin and is very relaxing. Pour a litre of milk into a bath of warm water (whole milk is best because of its higher fat content, but you can use any sort). Test the temperature with your foot or elbow before you get in the bath - sunburnt skin is ultra-sensitive to heat.

Dry skin?
An oatmeal bath is gentle and nourishing for dry skin, which is moisturised and softened by the natural oils that oatmeal contains. Put some coarse or medium oatmeal into a muslin bag (or a clean stocking) and suspend it under the hot water tap (the hot water releases the oils). Oatmeal steeped in milk overnight in the refrigerator makes a perfect facial wash for delicate skin.

Drinking tea and absorbing iron
Water is the best drink for rehydrating the body. Tea and coffee are fine in moderation but they contain stimulant such as caffeine which hinders absorption of iron and zinc. For this reason, it is best to leave a 30-minute gap after a meal before drinking tea.

Cleanse gently
If your skin care include soap, scrub, toner, and moisturizer, maybe your complexion will do better with somewhat less attention. Most women use a lot of skin-care steps, and they should use fewer. You want a gentle cleanser and, if you feel dry, a light moisturizer. That's two steps. All the additional steps can actually cause an outbreak of adult acne. You are overmanipulating your skin and clogging your pores.
